Process for Needing Assistance
- If an advisor is with a student and it becomes an emergency situation, the advisor will IM one of the full-time reception staff with a message saying "911." This would be a request to have the reception staff member call 911.
- If an advisor would like some assistance, he or she should IM a reception staff member with the message "walk-by" requesting that someone come to their office.
