Ann Bowen is the Pre-Veterinary advisor and is available to meet with any CSU student or prospective student who is exploring a career in veterinary medicine. She is also the advisor for the Pre-Veterinary Medicine Club and works very closely with the Edwards Hall Pre-Vet Learning Community. Ann facilitates a workshop for students who are applying to veterinary school as well as a workshop for those who are preparing for interviews with veterinary programs.

Jim Zakely is the Assistant Director for Life Sciences in the Center for Advising and Student Achievement. He advises students interested in Pre-Medicine (Allopathic-MD and Osteopathic-DO), Pre-Physician Assistant, and Pre-Podiatry. In addition to advising the Premedica student organization, Jim facilitates the MCAT Preparation Class and the Medical School Application Workshop.

Premedica Club


Camille Ibbotson is the Health Professions advisor for Pre-Nursing, Pre-Chiropractic, Pre-Dental, and Pre-Optometry. She is the advisor for Pre-Optometry and Pre-Dentistry clubs and facilitates Interviewing and Writing Personal Statement workshops for students who are applying to health professional programs. Camille also presents an Introduction to Health Professions for students who are exploring the possibility of a career in health professions.

Linda Stoddard is the Health Professions Advisor for Pre-Occupational Therapy, Pre-Physical Therapy and Pre-Pharmacy. She is also the advisor for each of those student organizations. Linda joined the Health Professions staff at CASA in February 2007. She has been at Colorado State University for 17 years, the last 7 of which she worked as an Intra-University Advisor.
