Pre-Optometry Club

Welcome! The Pre-Optometry Club is a student organization for any student interested in the field of Optometry or a related area to learn more by informally talking with optometrists and other students. Subscribe to the List Serve Today!

The club features:

  • Meetings 3-4 times per semester.
  • Discussions about the optometry field, how to be competitive, salaries, lifestyle, and opportunities
  • Guest speakers from the community and from Optometry Schools.
  • Opportunities to meet other students taking the same courses you are.
  • Shadowing and volunteering opportunities with Optometry professionals in the community.
  • Opportunities to learn about the requirements and admissions process for Optometry School.
  • A fun, social, extracurricular activity!
