Overrides and Appeals
- Students who expect to meet all of the admission requirements by the end of the fall/spring semester, and who are not freshmen, may be able to get overrides into JTC 210 and/or JTC 350. There is an override form that must be completed and an appointment must be made with the department.
- If a student does not have the B/C grade combination and/or does not have the cumulative GPA, please refer to the Technical Journalism department regarding the appeals process
- Students can only appeal if they have fully completed both JTC 100 and JTC 210
- OPTJ students must have a 2.65 or better cumulative GPA to attempt the appeals process (top)
