If a student believes s/he has received an incorrect grade in a class, how can s/he obtain a grade change?
Grade changes must be obtained from the instructor of the course. The student should contact the instructor to discuss the grade s/he believes to be wrong. If the instructor is no longer available, or the student wishes to further appeal the assigned grade, s/he should call the department's main office to set an appointment to meet with the Chair of that department.
