Definition:
What is an "enforced prerequisite"? A student who has not completed an enforced prerequisite will be unable to register for the course until the prerequisite courses have been completed. A student may register for a course that has prerequisites that are not enforced, although s/he may find it difficult to understand the material without the prerequisite.
