Optional On-Campus Accommodations for Students
Optional overnight on-campus accommodations are available in Parmelee Hall. The overnight lodging charge ($30 per night) covers lodging and includes sheets, pillows, blankets, washcloths, towels, and breakfast. Rooms are not air conditioned, but the 5,000 foot elevation makes the temperature comfortable in the evenings.
Optional On-Campus Accommodations for Family Members & Guests
Overnight on-campus accommodations for family members and guests are available on a space available basis.
Please indicate if your guests are interested in staying on-campus by requesting it through the online reservation process or on the printed reservation form. Overnight lodging (including sheets, pillows, blankets, washcloths, towels, and breakfast) is $30 per person. This charge is in addition to the $30 per person program charge. Please send one payment for the combined charges.
Additional Nights in On-Campus Accommodations
Additional overnight lodging is offered for participants who may need to stay a few extra nights due to travel plans. Additional night requests are dependent upon space availability. There is a maximum of two additional nights per guest for the scheduled orientation session - a total of three nights. These additional nights can be requested through the online reservation process or on the printed reservation form.
